Greetings! My name is Sherri Brewer, Founder and CEO of Refining Images. You can read my official bio here but this is the space where I hope we can lay aside formalities and become fast friends. You have no idea how long I've been anticipating this day. The long awaited re-launch of Refining Images, a training and resource institute for women leaders. By the way, if you happen to wonder if my use of the word leader applies to you then I'm happy to settle that here and now. It does.
For so long, I sat in obscurity, conforming to this notion that in society only a select few women are called to be leaders when in fact quite the opposite is true. As a result, I've allowed numerous opportunities to pass by while convincing myself that surely someone else was more qualified to manifest the ideas and plans I held in my heart. My purpose sat on ice year after year while I continued to pour energy into endeavors that did not serve my true calling.
What led you to my website? Could it be that you too are a woman who's calling to rise has become so loud that it's the first thing you think about in the morning and the last thing you think about when you go to bed? Could it be that even though you have the "good job" and the dream credentials behind your name, there remains something more crying out within but you're not sure how to release it? I have prayed for women like yourself and have created solutions to help you embark on the journey of becoming "that woman." Are you ready?
Refining Images was created for women like you. Women who try to blend in but somehow always manage to blend out. A woman's influence is very powerful and multifaceted, impacting every aspect of human existence within society. There is no need for us to shrink our femininity, hide our intelligence, intuitiveness or resourcefulness while working alongside our peers. Every day, women like us are impacting the world steadily, overcoming tremendous feats. However, there is still much work to be done. Refining Images is here to empower you to look inside and manifest what is already on the inside of you. You are your best resource. I hope you know you are in good company. A place to grow among other superwomen who are called to impact the world just like you. So come and stay a while. The place you've been hoping for to help refine women like yourself is finally here.
